Find My Server and Port Settings

The Email Setup Center is a one-page view of your account settings and helpful links to get started with your Workspace Email. You need these settings, including incoming and outgoing server addresses and ports, to set up your device or client with your Workspace email account.

  1. Go to your Email Setup Center.

    You can access the Email Setup Center from the Workspace Control Center, or your Workspace webmail. Click Tools, and then select Email Setup Center.

  2. Under Email Server Settings are your personal server addresses and ports. You will need these while setting up your device or client with your Workspace email account.

    If you only see Incoming server (POP3), your email plan does not support IMAP. If you see both IMAP and POP3 servers, you should use the IMAP details. Learn more about the difference between POP and IMAP.
