Pending Setup: MX Error
If the domain used for Workspace Email has incorrect MX records, you'll see this error message:
Pending Setup: MX Error
To resolve this error, correct your domain's MX records.
- First, find your correct MX records.
- Edit your MX records where your domain is registered:
- If your domain is registered with NameCat.com: Edit your MX record using the DNS Manager.
- If your domain is registered with another company: Change your MX records with the company where you registered your domain name. Here are instructions for common registrars.
- After you change your MX records, resubmit your domain name for MX record validation. Next to Pending Setup: MX Error, select Retry.
